The Wigan victory was good because that's the type of match where points are usually dropped. Good chances with hitting the post twice and Van Persie missing a good chance and doing well to barely miss another.

 

Glad we only need a draw to win the group and are already qualified because I wouldn't feel too comfortable if it was a must win with all who are missing:

 

"Samir Nasri (ankle), Gael Clichy (hamstring) and Cesc Fabregas (knee), Bacary Sagna (flu), Kolo Toure (calf), Van Persie (thigh) and Adebayor (rested) are all missing. William Gallas (calf) and Abou Diaby (abdominal strain) are back."

 

Eduardo will play in a reserve match next week. Last February who would have thought that he would be back before Rosicky (or back at all), who they are now saying is March at the earliest.
