nelsisbetterthanjay
Did anyone else make hotel reservations with their ticket purchase for this show? The site refers to two different hotels; The Courtyard Fishkill and The Hilton Garden Inn. It said you would get a call to confirm the reservation. After 9 days no one has called me. Is this a travel agent setting up these rooms? Does anyone have more info, or have confirmed a reservation through this? That $110 a night room rate sounds nice to me...but I'm a little frustrated here. I called Hilton Garden Inn and they know nothing about this. Courtyard is first on the list for a call in the morning, but maybe someone else can tell me whats going on here? I emailed info@highergroundmusic.com earlier today to no response as of yet. Help? bjorn_skurj
There is an f-ton of lodging within a half-hour of the stadium. I would handle those arrangements myself. I barely trust these organizations to send tickets on time, much less coordinate with another organization.
nelsisbetterthanjay
I'm sure I can find something else, by why does Wilco set something like that up, I gave the fuckers my credit card! Plus the rate is $110, which is sweet. Any help here would be great.
jmacomber68w
there are TONS of hotels in the Hyde Park/Poughkeepsie area. I am not sure how close this is to the stadium, but I was living in Poughkeepsie for a bit, I met a friend who lives in Pough, and works at the stadium, so they must be close. I'm pretty sure everything in that area is right along route

Three dollars and 63 cents
There was a similar package for Tanglewood last summer. I was going to book a room through them and a travel agent called me, but I never called back because some friends offered to let me stay with them. The show isn't for another two months. Keep an eye on your credit card statement, and give them at least a few more weeks. Chances are they're still finalizing plans or waiting to see how many people are interested before they contact you. I think you're freaking out a little prematurely.
