Kevan Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Anyone ever listen to When Radio Was on public radio? I've been listening for a few years, here and there. It's a gem! If you're unfamiliar, When Radio Was features radio shows from "the Golden Age" of radio (30s-50s). They have variety shows, comedies, crime dramas, science fiction... It actually started as a local show in Chicago in 1990 (so says wikipedia). I urge you to give it a try some night (or whenever its broadcast in your area).
