Sir Stewart
I checked out the samples on iTunes last night. Cool stuff. There's a couple of video samples there too, with an animated Jarvis Cocker and everything.

mpolak21
Has anyone listened to this yet? Yes, love it. The score is great. Alexandre Desplat did a wonderful job with the pieces. There are a lot of cool gems on it, the Burl Ives songs are neat, the Davy Crocket theme works well in the film, I like the Jarvis song also. The Beach Boys tunes he picked "Heroes and Villians" and "Old Man River" are top shelf, and the prerequisite Stones song, Street Fighting Man, kicks ass. Let Her Dance by the Bobby Fuller Four might be the best of the bunch. --Mike
