PopTodd
2 years in the making (on and off). Some of the trials and tribulations can be read about HERE. This is a really good fucking record that I am really proud of. Because, despite bringing in a variety of collaborators, it's not a band: It's pretty much ALL ME.I brought in WHO I wanted to, WHEN I wanted them in; to do THEIR PART, and that was it. When I release it, I hope that you all do at least listen. If you don't like it, that's okay. I can live with that, because I know that I did what I did, how I wanted to do it. No regrets. You just don't like it. But I think that a lot of you will like it. No two songs are anything like one another. It covers a lot of stylistic ground, and I think that's it's biggest strength. PopTodd
Way to go! What's the release date? It'll be coming out sometime in February on Spade Kitty Records.Waiting until it's available at all electronic merchants, both as DL and physically, before calling for the "official" date. PopTodd
Sounds extremely collaborative congrats Yes and no.Thanks. And I suppose that I should temper my comments. Those with whom I did collaborate (and there were many) contributed a LOT to the album. Their talents are not going to go overlooked, simply to feed my ego.But the fact is, this is an album that I never could have done, were I confined to the construct of the band-as-a-unit.The collaborators brought a lot, but they were hand picked by me. Hence, I feel that this album is more me than anything else I have done. And it feels good. So pardon my crowing.

PopTodd
are you going to do the stream-y thingie sooner than Feb? Has yet to be determined. But probably not. (I mostly used that for listening to mixes in various formats in the production phase.)
