I had to be at work at 4pm and away from 'puter. I called the 1-800# at 3pm and was able to glean that there was a 2 minute preamble/babble recording before speaking to an operator. I called at 3:58pm and got through and had to make small talk for 30 secs until service rep's computer screen could take my info! Presto!! Good Luck to all Wilco fans!P.S. I had no such luck with the Civic Opera show!( no really! )I'd love to find at least 1 (one!) ticket for Monday's show... Pls send PM to Jcamp if any Dec 12 tics are available.. ask for Joe.Cheers.
