Monday and Outtasite were cut from the second encore according to the setlist I got. They were positioned in between Walken and Hoodoo. Beautiful night and incredible place to see a show. Band was in a great mood. Jeff told a funny story about meeting the Ramones when he was 14 in St. Louis... Christ for President was an unexpected and great opener... although sound was off on the lyrics for the first verse of the song... more later...
