KevinG Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 I was on vacation last week and missed the news that my favorite author (Elmore Leonard) had died last week 8/20/13. Not only did Leonard write some great crime fiction (Cuba Libra, Maximum Bob, and Rum Punch being my favorites) his works are responsible for some great movies such as Out of Sight, Jackie Brown (Rum Punch), Get Shorty, 3:10 to Yuma, etc. Also his short story Fire In the Hole spawned one of the best TV shows on the air, Justified.
