PopTodd
Another big "fuck you" to 2016:Kevin Junior, while not nearly as well known as any of the other musicians whose deaths have been mourned on this board these past couple of weeks, was nonetheless a singular talent. With his bands—The Rosehips and Chamber Strings—he released some of the most-beautiful music of the 90s and early 2000s. He had been in poor health for a while, but just recently, he had put together a new version of Chamber Strings and was actually recording music again.I was really looking forward to a new release. And, by all accounts, he was an incredibly sweet man, as well.Rest in peace, Kevin. The world will be a less-beautiful place without you.
LouieB
Very sad. My Facebook lit up mid afternoon with the news. He had Wilco ties and was a great musician and songwriter in his own right. LouieB
Chez
Saw The Chamber Strings open for Wilco and immediately went out and bought their CD. RIP.
