I was thinking back to when the Dead did mail order for tickets. one of the biggest let downs of my life was sending a personal check from my mom for tickets to the premiere of Blues for Allah at the Capitol theater (tickets were printed on silver foil), I got a letter back saying sorry, money orders only and my best friend got seats!
