In regards to the riots, no, most people in Montreal are expecting the Canadiens to at least make it to the third round, if not the 4th. Canadian hockey fans riot for any occasion, win or lose, it's just what we do. I recall in 1994 when the Canucks lost in game 7 in the finals, 80 000 people rioted in downtown Vancouver, it was epic. Don't be bitter Walken!! , if the game was in Boston and Boston won, you can bet there would have been chants like that!

However, I kind of wish they sung that in french. Na na na na, na na na na, bonjour, au revoir.

There, there! I know how you feel, my #1 team didn't even make the playoffs! Then when they were about to sign the best prospect not playing in the NHL they fired the GM and now the prospect wants to go someplace else!

The Bruins put up a good fight. They got under their skin and found away to win a few games but alas, it was not enough. The Habs were incredible tonight, 5-0.

 

I didn't watch the Flyers. I overheard that they lost, after being up 2-0. Nothing surprising there.

Yeah Ovechkin came back tonight and scored two goals.

So our Canadiens of Montreal have won. And rightfully so, Carey Price was incredible tonight.

Dude! I know you're from Canada and all, but don't you know that despite being one of the top franchises of the last 20 years or so, there are no Devils fans?

How many Panthers games are televised? 80% still isn't good I mean, the Canucks are 200+ sell outs, Minnissota have sold out every home game they've ever played. In fact, look at this. That's the lowest in the league. Plus, the Panthers are well known for GIVING away tickets. That list is kind of surprising, though I'd imagine Washington would go up due to Ovechkin and Chicago should be looking better now that they have a new owner and are televising ALL their games. Anyways, I don't want to have a dispute about this, I just think that there needs to be SOME relocation, to Seattle, Winnipeg, and maybe Cleveland.

As I type this, Nashville just got eliminated. A pretty good season for them. Dan Ellis is one hell of a goalie.

Recording on tape has it's faults too. The noise floor does not "add" anything to the music.

I'd love to lose 4-6 teams. The talent pool would be a lot better. But that won't happen, though I doubt we'll see more then 30 teams for at least a decade, if not more.

In response to two previous views shared, in my opinion The Band have two good albums. The Beatles have over a dozen. Neil Young is my favorite guitarist.

The National are okay, but listening to an entire album of theirs is a difficult task.

I can't tell you much about America as I've never been there (except for Washington state) but has there really been enough people from the North East to the south that can support numerous NHL franchises? Just seems like people from Texas and Florida and Carolina have a hard time identifying with hockey, for whatever reason. Where as places like Seattle or Winnipeg would probably be a better market. Especially now that Seattle lost their NBA team.

Remember, since Gary Bettman has been the commissioner teams have moved out of "traditional" markets like Minnesota and Winnipeg and Quebec and places like Florida (x2), Nashville, and Carolina now have teams.

Sonic Youth only have one good album, Murray Street.
