Hey guys. My name is Jon and I post here every so often. Huge Wilco fan. I just got done recording a cd with my band in chicago with Tight Phantomz frontman Mike Lust. Mike helped work on Summerteeth and YHF. He's on the Burn to Shine Chicago dvd with Wilco, Shellac, Tortoise and others. We just got done recording a 13-song album which was recorded, mixed, and mastered in Chicago. The artwork is done and we're in the midst of packaging the cd. I'm a senior at Providence College. Although it's not as "indie" as Brown, we had a big crew of kids head over to the show. A lot of first-timers and they all enjoyed wilco thoroughly (very impressed by nels and glen...via chicago was on fire). Sax Player- Great job man! I played sax, play guitar in a band, but to do what you guys did was pretty impressive. Did you correspond with the band before hand?
