I think there was a switch in the wrong position on Patrick Sansone's keyboard causing it not to play.

John Stirratt said during his interview today with David Fricke that it's a self-titled album, making the self-mocking jokes about jokes about how that's a bad sign. He said it was because, although the album's content came together quickly, the art for the cover did not. Somehow that kept them from coming up with an album name.
