  1. I too enjoyed Saturday night in Pomona more, without any fault to the band. Saturday I was upstairs with my girlfriend, enjoying uninterrupted sight lines, great sound, a comfortable seat, and a nice air conditioning vent keeping me cool. I could really focus on the music, and it was a transcendant night. Tuesday, I went with a group of friends who were more concerned with hanging out downstairs by the bar to slam as many drinks as possible before the show than with getting a good spot in the crowd. The result was that we were towards the back of the crowd trying to find sightlines and get
  2. I'd include a solo Tweedy w/ Kotche version of 'War on War', if only because the final 40 seconds or so are nothing less than proof positive that Glenn is the greatest drummer working today in the drum-hitting industry, even if he kisses his guns after warming up. 4. Here's what I do - I figure you're trying to link the Em back to the C to start the progression again, right? So, I use my ring finger exclusively, and start by hitting the open low E string, then the same string, second fret (F#), and third fret (G). Then, quickly the same thing on the A string, hitting it open, hammering on to the second fret ( B ), and sliding up to the third ( C ). Using my ring finger leaves my other fingers available so that by the time I've finished this little run, I have them in place to hit out the C chord.
