    Fun - energetic shows.

    First time seeing Sleater-Kinney, they were impressive, especially Carrie strutting around like a boss on guitar and singing.

    Haven't seen Wilco since the Schmilco tour. Was pleasantly surprised. I thought the late 2019 shows (the Brooklyn livestream specifically) seemed like a depressing slog, way to heavy on the "Ode" bummer tunes (IMO, pleas don't kill me).

    Thought they really brought it tonight, everyone seemed to be having a really good time on stage.

    As you can see from the setlist, they brought the rock. "Before" was much better live than I expected.

    "Theologians", "Outtasite (Outta MInd), and "You Are My Face" were the highlights for me.

    I echo everything BBOP mentions above. Except, from my Row C spot in the seating area, the sound mix was fantastic, no complaints at all.

    Hi everyone. I recorded these for myself, but since I've seen a lot of people on here looking for recordings, I decided to post what I have on YouTube. I missed episode 1, and there are few interruptions from when alarms or texts popped up on my phone (especially during episode 2), but for those who missed them, I figure these are better than nothing. Obviously this isn't my content and I'm not making any money off this. If the Tweedys ask me to take them down, I absolutely will. But these brought me lot of joy so I thought I'd share.

    I decided on 2 lawn tickets for ATL. I was very pleasantly surprised they were $27.50 each, plus fees.The final price? $112.50. No.

    Oh, and fuck you.

    That's fucked up. Its not like they have to assign you a spot to park your blanket...

    My 2 tickets for Merriweather were $75 each. With fees, was $178. That's reasonable IMO.

    Saw the Replacements in Baltimore at Shriver Hall (Johns Hopkins University), circa 1991 I think...

    Some band called Uncle Tupelo opened. Were supporting their 2nd album at the time.

    A buddy commented "give them another guitarist and they're a hard rock band, give them a fiddle, they're a country band."

    I liked what I heard, and the rest is history...

    Agreed with all of the above sentiment.

    Show smoke from IATTBYH onward.

    Most ferocious Wilco show I've seen in years.

    A little surprised they only played one song off of Star Wars, but I can't complain about what they played instead.

     

    I was near the front of the seated area. I don't understand so many late arrivers getting to their seats 4-5 songs into the set... Ended up standing for about half the show as well. I usually prefer to stand, but don't really do so until the folks in front of me do so...

     

    All in all, wonderful night, great weather. Also, great show poster...

    HOLY F there is a clap after "Weve Been Had" like whatever but my azz may have bum rushed the stage no bullsh*t

     

    Agreed. I wasn't there, only have the recording to go by... I sensed mostly "polite golf clapping" after a lot of the songs...

    Not sure how many Wilco /Tweedy fans were there versus regulars in the area that just attend all of the shows for something to do...

    Wilco's presale doesn't have a password.  Just your own Frontgate password that you need to create an account.

    I must be remembering back to the days when they sold tickets through MusicToday (or somewhere else)...

    Is there still a Pre-Sale password?

    Can anyone enlighten me to what it is now?

    I don't have an email anywhere from Frontgate showing one (I've ordered via pre sale from Frontgate only once before, back in 2009....)

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I called the Meyerhoff today and was told that this one will be reserved seating. That was from someone at the box office, though, and sometimes they're wrong.

    Wilco played here in 2009 (I think). Was reserved seating.

    I can't imagine it not being a reserved seating show...

    Thanks... any way to get rid of the gaps inbetween the tracks so as to make the song transitions seemless?

     

    Here is what I do:

    Convert files to .WAV (dB Converter)

    Then edit with a WAV editing program (CD Wave, Sound Editor, Wav Editor)

    There may be a better way to do it, but I'm a bit "old school", once I find a way that works, I stick with it...

    These and other programs like them are usually available free on the web (download.com)

     

    Then I'll burn the WAV files onto a CD (like I said, "old school"...) :-)
