I read recently here that Wilco had made a video which aired on palladium or mtv at one point. Well, while I was looking for that and laid-up with a broken foot I came across a Summerteeth circa and later short perfromance compilation from Joolz Holland on On-Demand for Comcast in the Northeast. In the music section under all live shows, Wilco is in the last category. It starts with classic old school Wilco with the original line-up I think and finishes with Glenn on drums and no Bennett I believe which appears to be post YHF. I have no way of recording it unfortunately.
"Can't Stand It" and "Always In Love" from Summerteeth Era (99?) with (Leroy, Jay, Jeff, John, and Ken)
"War On War" and "I'm The Man Who Loves You" from the early YHF days... with (Jeff, John, Leroy, Glen)
Good Stuff...

THe posted show sounds GREAT!!!
Thanks for all your hard work, Dave...

Deeper Down, sorry, just not that big a fan... Like someone else said here, it just never seems to "take off"...
In my thinking, you go on these shows to draw in new fans. Maybe a more "commercial sounding" / straight forward "rock" song would've been a better choise? I'll Fight? You Never Know? Bull? Ah, I'm just a schlub, what do I know!?!?!

You Are My Face: Guitar Break and Jeff's next verse of lyrics... gives me goosebumps...
Handshake Drugs: the bass line throughout the song...
A Shot In The Arm; live -> screaming "anymore"...

Starting to think this show wasn't recorded, or at least if it was it's not going to get released publicly. Bummer. The sound in Strathmore Hall was incredible (at least from where I was sitting) and it would have made one heck of a good audience recording.
Agreed, I thought the show and sound were stellar.
I did a quick look around right before show time, didn't notice any mics mounted anywhere... I did see a sign stating that no "personal recording devices" were allowed at the entrance... maybe that was a factor...

Shoot. I guess I can "re-cycle" my one from 2009. It's not like I can read anything on the grid, anyway.
Here's an interesting fact: Calendars are identical (day and date, not Holidays) every 28 years. So 2009 will be perfectly accurate in 2037.
Agreed. While the 2009 had some good images in it, I didn't care much for the "split-flip" design (mine never did hang straight). More annoyingly, the calendar itself was unreadable unless you were within a few feet of it (good for a desk calendar, not so good for a wall calendar)...

Third vote for Red Rocks...

Sorry if this has been mentioned somewhere else already...
The episode of "Later with Jools Holland" from 2002 featuring WILCO and Norah Jones is currently playing on COMCAST's On Demand service until 8/15.
The band is Jeff, John, Glen, and Leroy.
They do War On War (about 8 minutes into the show) and "I'm The Man Who Loves You" (about 45 minutes into the show).

any sign of the torrent yet?

I've been looking, nothing on Dime, BTREE, or Trader's Den yet. I've got my fingers crossed.

not old, just out of touch...those are cheap compared to most bigger bands
Thanks to everyone who chimed in on this, it gave me a bit of perspective... The prices don't look so bad now in comparison, with WILCO being the biggest rock act I've seen in 10 years, I think I need to re-adjust my upper spending limit qualms.

Band was in great form. Would have been nice if they had come on stage BEFORE 9pm, knowing the 11pm curfew was looming...
One other gripe. I've got a good paying job, I bought the CD / Album / T-Shirt / Tote package for $50, I feel it was worth it... I like to get the posters to the shows that I attend. $25 for a show poster now? Is someone kidding me? As I said, I can afford it, but out of some sort of "principles" I just couldn't do it... Anyone else feel this way? Oh yeah, most of the T-Shirts are up to $25 a pop now...
I guess I'm just getting old...

Thanks. Nice to know it's not ME for once...
I'll try to be patient...

Sorry, I don't see a thing on the "Loft" link except a lo-res photo. Tried searching for "Wilco" and "Loft" on gigapan.org but do not come up with anything.
Can anyone please point me to what you're looking at?
Thanks.

Mine came today via USPS. I live in PA...

Has anyone seen this show surface on any of the Bit Torrent sites?
I have not... Have seen Neil's portion, but not Wilco's...
Just wondering...?

Just through Kingpin.
