Many thanks. And I read that as Deerhoof - couldn't have been any more confused.

I've got about 500 more, so I'll throw them in a flickr album and post it up.
Needless to say, unbelievable shows.

Little problem with the upload yesterday, but it should be working fine now!

Hey folks - I added a second recording of this show to the VC tracker. It includes Ted Leo's opening set, for those of you who asked if it would be available. This one was taped from a stand dead center in front of the board.
This recording has a little less crowd than the previous one, as it was taped from a stand and not a hat. Additionally, I think the band has more presence on this one, while Jeff's vocals are a little further back in the mix. I've included mp3 samples from both recordings to let you guys decide. I also included a sample Ted Leo song so you can get an idea of how clearly his set came out (there was definite concern about the mix, but on the recording, I think it sounds fine). Both are great recordings, so if you've already got Groov's, you might elect to just download the Ted Leo portion if you're interested.
Thanks to Steve Napp for the recording.

Hey there folks, I'm the sax player.
Thanks to whoever shot and posted that video - the internet is a really a silly little place. Speaking of YouTube, John and I had a funny conversation about OK Go's dance routine being a YouTube sensation - which means that even rock stars watch stupid internet videos. I found that comforting.
Anyway, just to repeat what everyone else said - Wilco's sound was acceptable, but OK Go and Ted Leo got lost in the arena, which was (at least in Ted's case) really a shame. But yeah, OK Go was just pretty bad. I did pass my e-mail on to the one taper in attendance, so we'll see how it sounds when I get a copy (I'll be sure to post it to the BT).
So now we're trying to get down to Jersey to make tonight's gig. Wish us luck!
