  1. I think Arsenal can beat any team in the world...the only problem is they'll lose to Stoke (or simular) the next match. So I'll be more convinced we are back with a win vs Wigan and then Middlesbrough than by beating Chelsea (though that was really fun).

Even though they are only one point off the top, I think Chelsea have really hurt there title chances by only taking 1 of 9 points vs the other top 3, and all at home. So they will need to pull off a few road wins now.

Not that I thought there was much chance of seeing Huntelaar at Arsenal, I was still disappointed that he signed (or will offically on Jan 1) with Real Madrid. The Dutch are flocking to Real Madrid like the French to Arsenal. Wouldn't mind seeing RM's Higuain at Arsenal someday, either.

  2. I DVR'd it and watched most of the first half (which I thought was boring) before I feel asleep (due to the time of night and not the match). I watched highlights and looks like the 2nd half was far better and overall made it an entertaining match.

I am glad Columbus won as they were by far the best team in the regular season. Should be one table and no playoffs anyway.

This is the Olive Edition a limited series that also includes The Unbearable Lightness of Being and The Mysteries of Pittsburgh. They are a little smaller than a typical paperback but the best part is they are only $10 (or $8 on amazon)..

Wow, I'm liking this one a lot. It's the first Deerhunter album I've gotten (not counting the atlas sound album). I like it. What else is good by these guys?

I could see this becoming my favorite release of the year. It's a whole album full of the best parts of Cryptograms.

Just got done with Microcastle again and now onto Weird Era Cont.

  6. I'll be picking up a few of these.

  7. Oh, and the only quirky thing about the site is that you buy credit at different levels ($3, $5 and so on) so if you buy something for $2 the minimum credit you can buy is $3 which means you have $1 left towards a future purchase.

    About Amie Street:

On Amie Street, you can discover, buy and download music of every genre from a great selection of established and underground artists.

It's the first place where people collectively determine the price of every song; on Amie Street, all songs start free and rise in price up to 98 cents, based on their popularity.

Amie Street was founded by three college friends in 2006 with one goal: make it affordable, fun and easy to discover and download new music.

We support our artists by giving them 70% of song sales and never taking ownership of their creative work.

Anybody elsed checked out this place? I timed it just right not long ago and got the new Deerhunter for free (now at just over $2). I also got a Handsome Family and couple Radio Dept for free and a few others for cheap. There is a lot that the don't have but there are also a lot of good deals. I still prefer buying CDs but if the mp3's are cheap then I'll go for it.
