I rarely post here, but y'all seem pretty knowledge about the music, so I'm seeking your input. The theme here is singers-with-interesting-voices-supported-by-neat-orchestral-arrangements. So far, I have: Bill Fay - Garden Song Randy Newman - I Think it's Going to Rain Today Nico - These Days Neil Young - A Man Needs a Maid Bonnie "Prince" Billy - Love Comes to Me Beatles - Good Night Simon and Garfunkel - Old Friends Leonard Cohen - A Singer Must Die Joanna Newsom - Only Skin Any other ideas?
yes, three separate balconies. right, left, and center (behind the stage). i believe tickets are still available for all three balconies, however, the center is farther from the stage than the other two if i remember accurately.
it's actually not at the wharton center if i'm understanding correctly. it's at the msu auditorium. i went there for a guster/andrew bird show a while ago and the balcony seating looked decent, although we were on the floor near the front. i'll be in the right balcony at the wilco show though. first wilco concert for me. yesss.
On episode one of Guster's "Joe's Place" series, there is a Wilco poster on the wall of Brian Rosenworcel's (Guster's drummer) new apartment. You can watch the videos at guster.com, they're pretty entertaining.
