i've been on staff at our university's paper off and on during my time here. from being the photo editor at one point to writing articles on a regular basis, which i still do, though no longer as a "staff member" meaning i don't go to the meetings anymore or get the 1 credit for being officially involved.

i'm not sure how much stock i put in it... i saw tejada play his whole career from the beginning in s. oregon playing for the a's rookie league team, and frankly his game and his physique have been the same since he was sixteen. he's just a solid ball player who works hard at his profession.

what you drinking? rum and coke? my roomie keeps ditching me for his ex. the rest of my drinking buddies have moved away since they graduated or they've gotten hitched. so i've been doing a lot of solo drinking. now smoking:

yeah, just when i can school's been crazy... so i fiddle with it here and there and i can't get it working. my band is recording in idaho (we were supposed to in october, but it's been pushed to november), i'm supposed to be using my free time to record a solo album, but if i don't get this crap working who knows.

i wish i could get pro tools to freaking work. i'd also settle for bar time, but that'll come soon enough.

the worst that could happen to me is that i lose my t.a.-ship... but even that probably wouldn't happen, it would just be "frowned" upon... i guess that's the difference between me still being a student rather than a professor. but she seems like she is less crazy than most women i get involved with which is a positive sign... i think

thanks for the advice. what about on the email/lunch thing? the full situation is i can't ask her in class 'cause i'm the t.a. and i'd get in trouble, so i'm looking for alternate routes

yeah, or "SHAMOOOOOOOOOO" so, is email a bad way to ask someone if they want to get lunch?

i am too young to know anything about this show other than its title esue, i don't know who that guy is, but he worries me
