Are you dressing up as Jeff for Halloween?

 

Haha no. Just saw the picture and liked it. And theres nothin wrong with that, Jeff said when he was around my age (19) he wanted to look like "Let it Be"-era Paul McCartney. Everyone borrows from people they respect. But honestly I just saw the jacket and I've already been lookin for somethin like that.

I figured I'd try posting on some forums first. Bad thing about ebay and jerseys is that such a large number of them are fakes.

I have to admit that when I bought some new shoes at Bass the other day, I thought they were very Tweedy looking.

I have 3 Jerseys never worn (without tags though because I put them through the wash). They were bought this summer during the World Cup but never more than tried on. I am trying to purchase a new acoustic and I need all the money I can get. I would like to ask around $200 for them, because they are in mint condition. I know fashion questions and what not aren't exactly smiled upon around these parts but I think this is a harmless enough question. Does anyone know where I can find a corduroy jacket kind of like the one Jeff has on, or the exact one if you know. I've been looking for something like this (in need of a new jacket, but I live in Austin,TX so I have a little bit of time before it gets there) Anyways, if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it.

Every concert has its moments. Some are worthy to recall over and over again.

 

For Jeff Tweedy's Wilco, the first of many came three songs into its jam-packed outdoor concert at Sunset Station on Friday for more than 2,000 fans.

They sounded pretty good but it wasn't the setting for it. That and after about 3 songs things really started to blend together. I couldn't tell at first if he was mocking the crowd the the "Thanks yall" and "Yall been good to us". Can anyone confirm that it was Deanna Varagona because I can't find anything with her connected to the band, and if it wasn't she sure looks a lot like her.

I was the guy in the front row with the blue plaid shirt standing next to the tall guy with the Jay Bennett hair on the right, if that rings any sorts of bells.

What a great show. Though I was standing right infront of the right speakers, I have no hearing. Seriously could have been the best show I've ever been to, and I've been to some really good ones. Crowd was great (besides the guy who had his back turned =D)

Does anyone know exactly where VIP parking is?
