I do not know when the official lineup will be announced - not for several months at the least. But tickets are sold in tiers: first tier, i.e. the people who buy them the fastest, is $90. Second tier is either 100 or 110? And the third tier is more. I can't really remember. I'd recommend signing up for the e-mail list at the ACLfestival website to get e-mail notification of when tickets go on sale (that way go can get to the cheapest tix faster) and for hearing about official lineup announcements.

It is so hot that you will be dehydrated and not need to pee. You sweat it all out. I went to ACL this year and did not pee at all during the day, depsite drinking bottle after bottle of water.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the guy was having a really bad trip on top of being pissed he wasn't in the front, if I heard the people shouting back to Jeff clearly. The show was amazing. I'd never seen Wilco live before, but my friends I went with had seen them several times, and they said it was the best they'd ever seen Wilco. The fact that we were front row in the middle was a factor though, I'm sure. I really didn't like the Altered Statesman. They looked bored by their own music, as was 99% of the audience.
