From Sydney to LA its 13 hours non-stop. I've done that, its a killer. Sydney to Perth its about 3 to 4 depending on time difference. I'm guessing LA to Chicago is about 4. Hope that helps.

A dream came true at the Enmore on Saturday night. Awesome is all I can say. Can never pick a favourite Wilco song - love em all. Truely amazing and breathtaking to watch. It was 2 1/2 hours they played for - wasn't it. They looked a bit tired by the end but to my amazement Jeff said we'll play a few more. Just amazing and Froggie it just goes to show, Jeff does read the posts.

Why oh why do they always have to tag Wilco "Alt-country". What is "Alt-country" anyway? It is good that JJJ are supporting Wilco while they are here but what about when they are not here? It's a shame that radio stations in Aus still have selective play lists. We have some good bands here but its great when we get the opportunity to see what the rest of the world gets to see more often.

Thanks guys. If anyone wants to meet up before hand I'll be in that. I'll be going on my own. Hay PeskyJase (great name) I saw Genesis ages ago - they were great. I also saw Wilco in 2003 when they were in Sydney. I didn't go to the concert, I met them at Red Eye Records when they were signing YHF there and that was because another guy on the board from Sydney posted a message saying they would be down there. I was practically fainting but all I could blurt out was that it was good to see them here in Sydney.

I haven't been on the board for at least 12 months. I can't wait for April 21. Anyone else going to the Sydney concert?
