........ I kinda blame the strat (as sacrilege as that sounds). Should've stuck to the Gibsons.
Joe bonamassa (on Les Paul)
Clapton (on Fender)
Not sure the circumstances of the show, but Joe has more bite on his chops, leaving Eric to gum his Strat in the distance.

Awesome news!

Well, it's a much less challenging thing just to list people who have played in two different bands. That list is endless, and much less interesting.
Especially if one takes liberty with the idea of a "hit" or includes singers, solo careers, supergroups, session work, etc...

http://mentalfloss.com/article/48831/11-musicians-who-had-hits-two-bands I can think of a few more off the top of my head... Neil Schon and Gregg Rolie (Santana & Journey) Joe Walsh (James Gang & The Eagles) Ron Wood (Faces, Rolling Stones) Maceo Parker???

Love Bill Murray! To shine like he did in the presence of the other original members of SNL is really saying something! To continue to be a force over the last 30 years is even more impressive. He is easily one of the greatest improvisational performers of all time. Long Live King Murray!!

OK, I just wrote a fairly lengthy diatribe about Mr. Manziel and the entire Heisman Trophy "event" this year, then deleted it, because I'd rather not get into it with the folks who are on the Manziel train right now. Kid had a great game at the right time, and the expectations for the seasons to follow will be HUGE. We'll see if he rises to the occasion.
Thanks for sparing us...

I Must Be High
Passenger Side
Heavy Metal Drummer
Box Full Of Letters
These seem to be some of the easiest to play..... Meaning, I can play them!!
If these aren't challenging enough, give em AM, Sumerteeth and YHF and turn 'em loose.

Not an A&M fan... but as a Texan, I'm quite proud of that kid!

Thanks for posting! Love Ringo! A shame many don't respect his talent and contribution to The Beatles legacy.

Maybe I wasn't in the right mood, but after a few songs in, I abruptly popped it out and put in something else. I'll try again later...

It can't be too accurate of a list since Sigur Rós isn't on it.

It was more of a comment on how the LP sounded better than the strat.
