    The Waterford is still kicking. I was just there before the Neil Young show a month or two ago.

    The best place to get a quick bite and a beer is a bit of a dive called The Waterford. It's right next to Tower on Ludlow street. Great place for some pre-show suds. Less than a minute walk right to your seats in the theater when it's time to head in.
