Sonic Youth-NYC Flowers and Ghosts
I agree on that one. Very poetic! I also think Experimental Jet Set was way underrated. It had "Bull in the Heather" but there's so much more going on on that album than just that one track.

I heard The Shins live shows suck.
They rawked it in Atlanta last week!

Yeah, I hate to tell ya that there are probably not many Wilco fans at a Jerry Falwell founded school.

I saw them this past summer in Birmingham. It was incredible! A LOT of material from Dog Days!

There was a few kids up front at the (rain-drenched) Atlanta show this past summer. The band seemed to really dig it. Jeff even commented that one of the kids stood up to Nels Cline's guitar amp with "uncommon bravery."
Although the rain soaked atlanta show was one of the most incredible things I have ever seen, I would like for them to come back and play somewhere indoors, not because of the rain, but becasue of noise ordinances. I want to se them crank it up and RAWK.

So there are gonna go to Australia more often than Florida. Huh.
Get me out FLA!!
Sorry, couldn't help it. First post BTW!

Let's See... I've seen a lot of random shows, my parents took me to a lot when I was young, so that's where I get my musical fanaticism.
Pink Floyd More like "Gilmour and Friends" but still an amazing night on the Division Bell Tour in Atlanta.
Bela Fleck He played a free show as part of a concert series in 1994, before all the Jam Band kids really got into him. We all stood under a pavillion in a circle around him and the Flecktones.
Dave Brubeck Enough Said.
Black Crowes When they opened for ZZ top in 91 or 90. Wow. Blew the headliner off the stage!
David Bowie Sound and Vision Tour
Lollapalooza 1995 Beck, Jesus Lizard, Cypress Hill, Pavement, Superchunk, and SONIC YOUTH!!! This what made me the SY fan I am today.
Johnny Winter At the Bessie Smith Strut in Chattanooga
Albert King Sixth night Concert Series, Chattanooga
That's all I can think of for now...
