I too want to extend my thanks to W1LCO, the entire staff @ Mass MoCA , Rebecca(a.k.a. cracked and hooked) for my ticket, and everyone else who were responsible for making Solid Sound happen. Thank you all for an amazing experience!! I would love for this to be an annual event.

I will be coming up from Long Island on Saturday also. I would like to meet some fellow VC people from around the land. It's my day off and I'll have a handful of wheel.
My Wife and I (Mike / Ala ) coming in From Boston but will miss gathering on Friday
Given any thoughts of gathering again maybe @ 4 on Saturday....
Or doing a Meetup @ 5 onsite on Saturday...

I have one extra hard ticket for Solid Sound. I will priority mail it or meet you at the festival.
Email me at rebajoco@sbcglobal.net
I'll take it. I sent you an email with my number. Give me a call so we can work out the details.

Is it possible that someone can set up the site so we can put in all the Wilco shows we have attended and run our own personal stats.
I think that would be really cool. Does anyone agree?

Where's The Setlist? I've heard my fair share of sound checks too. But, with no disrespect, here's the setlist?

Another great show! Got my first She's a Jar last night!! Well worth the 3hr. ride from Long Island but I have to say that Lupos is a dump. I did however get a ticket on the street for $20.00. Next stop for me is Philly on Sat.
Just wondering, Is Jeff wearing sideshow Bob's shoes? Those things are huge.

Two Greats shows In Montclair. The Wellmont is a very cool room. This band just blows me away. Every time I see them it gets better and better. I now have 14 shows under my belt and I can't wait to see them again and again and again!

Just wondering if there were any torrents anywhere for Jeff's solo shows at the Vic?

Just got in from the show. By far the best of the three stadium shows yet. I'll reflect on it more tomorrow but, Take me out to the ball game before Jesus Etc. was awesome.

My two friends and I are doing all four ballpark shows. Last night the band was on fire and unfortunately snuffed out by the Spiders rain dance. I didn't like that the stage was all the way out in center. In Deleware the stage was right behind 2nd base so all the empty space was behind the stage. It just made it a more intimate setting. I have also changed my opinion on Wilco (the song). It's a great show opener it really gets the party started! Jeff seems to be having a lot of fun in the ballparks too. The Lou Gehrig speech before Jesus etc. was great.A couple of other highlights for me personally were, One Wing, Side With The Seeds,Nothingsevergonnastandinmyway, Via Chicago, and Nels' lead on the Impossible Germany. See you all tomorrow in Brooklyn. I took some pictures but I don't know how to post them here. If someone can help me with that I'd love to share them with everyone.

Drove up from Long Island to see my first Solo Jeff show. After watching the Sunken Treasure DVD about 4 million times is was so great to be in that setting with Jeff. There were so many great moments for me that it's hard to recall it all at this time. Pete Seger just being there made it special. Hummingbird with the cha, cha, cha, cha was hilarious. Playing the wrong key harmonica on the Via Chicago was very funny. He handled it like a real pro. Tossed the wrong key to the side of the stage and grabbed the right one, and continued on. Not how I pictured hearing my first in person live version of it but none the less, very cool and most unforgettable. Thank you Jeff. I saw some taper's out there too. Please post a link when and where the show might be available.

Is that the thanks I get for lovin you?
Is that the thanks I get for tellin you the truth?
You say you wanna know
Where I go when I go
You say you wanna communicate
But you dont hear a word I say
Is that the thanks I get for loving you?
Now I'm tired of the looks you give me when I get home late
And I'm getting tired how you forget the lovin things I say
I hold you tight
I treat you right
Now everytime I go out to play
Why you think im leaving
Is that the thanks I get for loving you?
Now faith and trust, the strongest part of us
That's ok, but you must believe in our love
We can make it better
Put ourselves together and start it again
I hold you tight
You tuck me in at night
I dont ever wanna fight again
I think were both crazy
But thats the thanks we get for falling in love
We can make it better
We can make it better
Put ourselves together
Start it again

The Dunk Tank
in After The Show
Posted
On Sunday Jeff said,"The Dunk Tank was a bad idea".
I thought it was a great idea for charity and a lot of laughs.I bought a ticket to initially dunk his ass. I was about ten people back on line. Just before I went a Woman offered not to throw the balls if she could just shake his hand and he agreed. Once my turn came I offered an extra $10.00 not to throw if he would sign my new N.Y. State W1LCO license plate."Make it 20.00 and it's a deal" he said. So I said,Okay and I'll throw in another $10.00 if you play Wishful Thinking. Which he honored.
You're a good man Jeff and thank you for all your music and and great experience this weekend.
I would love to see some pictures of this if they're out there.
