I think it's alright... I mean, I'm glad it wasn't included on Sky Blue Sky, but it's still nice to have.

My friend and I were trying to find a Tegan and Sara video the other day and it was just about impossible. I guess WBR is cracking down on people posting their content on YouTube...

It's all been a steep downhill letdown since All In the Family. How's that for an undesireable demo?

Pot Kettle Black is a much better song anyway.
I'll agree with you on that! I've never been much of a Cure fan...
-
"I'll die, I'll die..." sounds a lot like "On and On and On" to my ears...
-
That "Pot Kettle Black" sounds a lot like "In Between Days" by The Cure?

SO PUMPED! I'll be there bringin a crew of my Millikin buddies...
P.S. Don't worry, they're not talkers.
From my previous experiences at Foellinger, the audiences are great. Very respectful...
What is everyone hoping to hear? I'm looking forward to NEW STUFF!

can you blame them?
PSHAW!!!
St. Louis is Wilco's TRUE home...
-
Last May I heard rumblings that they were talking about doing something similar in St. Louis again... They ignored the city for a little while, there!

Have you been doing the blog for awhile? I seem to remember a similar blog a few years ago, but I lost track of it. Either way, looking forward to reading what you have to say. I'm sticking this in the RSS feeder post-haste.
It's just a few weeks old. Also, if there any fans here, I started one for Ryan Adams (and the Cardinals) tonight. It's www.starlitediner.wordpress.com
Today's Wilco post, however, is "What Light"

They've been talking in interviews about how they are using the studio as an instrument again, which sounds good... (I think of Being There through YHF, which are my faves)

BIG post today about Remember The Mountain Bed!

I don't see how you could dislike A.M.
After all, it DOES have "Passenger Side"... (I about died when they started it in St. Louis last spring)

You the guy who wrote about every REM song! If so awesome page! Still good luck on your Wilco endevour!
I'm not him, I was just inspired by him...
-
I figure once I finish the Wilco blog I'll give a shot with another artist... That's a way from now, though!

Who here is going? I'm Sec. 4, Row H

First off, I'm glad I found a Wilco forum! I honestly didn't know that this existed until I saw it mentioned on an R.E.M. fan site. (Glad to see some other R.E.M. fans on here posting about the 25th Anniversary edition of Murmur)
Anyway, I'm working on a project right now that's called ELS (Every Little Song). It's a blog where I'm writing about each Wilco song one day at a time. Eventually, I hope to have written about every song they've released on a studio album, EPs, a fistful of b-sides, and the Mermaid Ave. songs with Jeff on lead vocals. You can find the page at www.everylittlesong.wordpress.com
P.S. I'm going randomly, but if there's a song you want me to write about, I'll gladly do it. Today's post is about "I Thought I Held You"...

Nobody puts Chronic Town on the list? Or does that not count because it's an EP? I love every song on there.
You know what would have been a good EP? The first (good) half of Reckoning

Fables of the Reconstruction, Life's Rich Pageant, New Adventures in Hi-Fi
personal subjectivity, I know . . .
I also think Accelerate is a great "comeback" rocker, but I would not rank it ahead
I agree with all of the above EXCEPT for Fables. It has some of my favorite R.E.M. songs ("Driver 8", "Live and How To Live It"), but that second half DRAGS... I have a strange soft spot for Green, however.

What's with the bicycle tires behind him?
This is going to be a REALLY "revolutionary" album... Maybe Rolling Stone will give it 4.5 stars!
But for real, that's a rack of guitars...

If you want the DVD, you can buy it. If you don't, you can just not buy it or wait until it shows on Palladia or something.
Easy enough, right?
