Don't think it's a felony but it depends on the town...some places book you, some places just confiscate. At the CCfA I think you'd be tossed out and possibly booked since it would have been incredibly obvious. I think it was more that it was an indoor concert hall venue rather than outside (like Shelburne, which WAS awesome) or someplace like the Orpheum.
