  1. This is what nerds do...My goal was to make a single album, so I removed several tracks from both. I'll post the playlist when I have my ipod handy - if I recall correctly, the combined album has 13 songs. 6 from AM and 7 from Trace. And as I'm typing this, I'm reminded just how fantastic Trace is. Jay's put out some good stuff since then, but that seemed to be his pinnacle. Jeff on the other hand just got better and better.... And one final comment for all you folks who put AGIB anywhere below the top 2: What the hell's wrong with you people? Clearly, you have quite unrefined musica
  2. Funny you mention that - in my nerdy IPod play list, I have a playlist called "Morning Trace", which is my attempt to blend AM and Trace into single, final UT record. It was a fun little experiment over good beer one late night... As for it not being "at all like any other UT album", I disagree. Too Far Apart and Must be High would make slightly countrified poppy contributions to Anodyne. Dash 7 and others could be March 16-20 Outtakes. in my humble opinion, of course.   3. AGIB Summerteeth Being There YHF SBS WTA AM - I thoroughly enjoy AM, it's probable my one of my 25 favorite albums. But it just can't compare to their catalog.
