This weekend was my 10th and 11th time seeing them (8th and 9th for my wife), but it still just didn't impress. Then again, nothing is likely to beat Easter in Providence a couple of years ago.

He was running around up front during Wilco's set on Friday. I didn't know who he was then, he was wearing a paisley shirt wide open and pants that had little pot leaves all over them, thought he was obnoxious during the set, and I guess he was after his set as well.

I'm in agreement with the overcrowding. There were entirely too many people there, and it seems like all of them were smoking a crapload of weed and talking all throughout the show. They seemed intent on just killing any momentum they were gaining as soon as they could. (i.e. One Sunday Morning, Sunken Treasure, Far Far Away, Laminated Cat, Passenger Side). I know a lot of people are more into the more mellow stuff, and I am too given good set placement, but it just felt off to me last night. It reminded me of the Folk Festival show from last year. I guess I was just hoping for more of the

Honestly, I was kinda dissappointed by the show...it was good, but kinda...ehhh... The first 1/3 to 1/2 of the set the band didn't really seem all that into it. After Handshake Drugs they seemed to be having a better time and getting into it more. I just think that starting with a lot of slower more gentle songs kinda bogged it down.

Anyone? These are actual tickets, not print outs. Times are tough right now unfortunately....

I have 2 extras + a parking pass for the Newport show on Friday. I live in Waltham, and I'm willing to meet anyone in the general area. $110 for the two of them. That's less than face value including the parking pass.
