dazzler
I'll be resting on my laurels and my hardys. I was out the door at 5:45 a.m. and in the old International with the sun coming up, freeways cars, and trucks. On my way to the dump I had Swordfishtrombones blasting to commemorate Mr. Waits impendinding performance at our illustrious opera house this evening. After work I had a couple a beers while grilling up dinner for the family and enjoyed this fine performance from 1979: 1 Romeo's Bleeding 2 Annie

Great one! Especially the Louis Armstrong impression...and the Hokey Pokey
M. (hristine
I was at this show. Kansas City, 1982.We sat at tiny bistro tables with little lamps on them. Right up front. I swear I felt the earth move.

I swear I felt the earth move. Yeah, bistro tables, Tom, 1982...that sounds like seismic activity. As much as I love his music I don't think this tour will compare to that. Ah but that's why we collect the boots.

M. (hristine
I am very jealous. After so many years, I am jealous of me too. He wore a blood red tuxedo shirt, cuffs unbuttoned, might have even had ruffles, (or I could be making that part up), and a dark jacket. *sigh*
