Need help identifying a song...

Hey a'body,

 

I downloaded a three-disc collection of Wilco rarities and singles a year or two ago, but I never bothered to label the tracks. I'm currently burning the set for a friend of mine, but it occurs to me that I can't identify a track from disc one. Sounds like the boys are playing sideman to another act that I think might be the Minus 5, but I can't seem to confirm that anywhere on the web. The lyrics go something like this:
