mrman
i'm in the UK, and over here, EMI & BMG music discs have a copy protection system on them called Copy Control which is clearly displayed on the back of the jewel box. i thought this was just to prevent uploading music to P2P's, but apparently not, since i've just bought one, and i can't even digitally copy this to my Minidisc walkman, which has really pissed me off. (you can still make analogue copies; great fun fiddling around with record levels and having to put in track marks manually.) these discs aren't cd's as they will not play in some types of cd player, and Phillips have made it known they should not be promoted as cd's. do EMI & BMG cd's in the US have this? i'm intending to buy US imports from now on if that's the case. your help would be much appreciated. thanks. explodo
When I bought that album, I was something like 12 or 13 years old. And I hated that song. Now here I am, at 23, and it all makes sense.
