oceanman
Wrong part of the forum! Why MP3............Wav is better. Try Flac Frontend
anna
Here's the online tutorial I used: http://www.simplehelp.net/2006/08/14/how-t...-using-windows/ It involves using Winamp to convert flac to wav, then using iTunes to convert the wavs to mp3s. There might be a more straightforward way of doing it, but that tutorial was easy to follow for computer illiterates like me.
gogo
Hey Tim, welcome to VC! Oceanman is right on two counts: first of all, you'll find all kinds of techie help in this forum; and also, I'd go with Flac Frontend, although I think that only takes it to WAV, then you can use iTunes or whatever to convent those to mp3. Nose around in that other forum though, someone there probably has a more efficient method for you. p.s. I'm closing this thread just to keep things tidy in here, but if you don't find what you're looking for in the other forum, feel free to post the question again over there. There are lots of helpful people on VC, someone will set you up.
