mkush001
I just stumbled onto this video on youtube, and it blew my mind, it's a bizarre keyboard that looks like nothing I've ever seen before. After some research I found that this is a MIDI controller gaining popularity in Japan, which is modeled after a keyboard invented by a man named Paul von Janko. If you click on the second link and scroll down, there are links explaining the organization of notes, and the patterns are extremely interesting. Has anyone here tried playing one of these? Just thought I'd share. video - information - http://www.thecipher.com/wholetone_keyboard_cipher.html history, more info - http://www.pianoworld.com/fun/janko.htm
