WilcoFan
Hi guys, I was wondering if anybody had any info on this. Every time I try to burn a disc from iTunes it cancels and give me an unknown error 4261. I tried slowing the burn speed and even turning off virus scan. I have the latest version of iTunes and a Dell about 1 year old. I looked around on the internets and that's what people have been saying to do but doesn't work for me. Anybody else have lots of music they bought from iTunes but can't burn to a CD?
WilcoFan
Ok. After researching online, checking burn speeds, validating I had the latest driver, etc.. I found a post somewhere that said to Control Panel - > Repair iTunes.. Duh.. I should realize that when working on Windows, first reboot, then uninstall/install... Duh Microsoft = Crap. WilcoFan
Update. I went to burn a CD Sunday night for my buddy and it didn't work again. I guess everytime I want to burn a CD from iTunes I have to do the repair crap until they come up with some documentation and a fix.
