yankee
If you're itching to hear some Wilco tunes played live in Chicago, and can't wait for an actual Wilco show, come on out and check out the Late Greats. We're a Wilco tribute band formed from members of the Old Town School of Folk Music's Wilco Ensemble (we shit you not). OK, we're not Wilco, but we have a blast getting together to rock out on our favorite Wilco tunes. And our shows are free. So come on out and share the love. June 17, 4 p.m.: Artist of the Wall Festival. Outside by the lake in Rogers Park near the lake and Morse. June 22, 7 p.m.: 909 W. Armitage, Old Town School of Folk Music. BYOB. We'll be playing Sky Blue Sky right through at both of these shows. More about the Late Greats at http://web.mac.com/blastingfonda/ Hope to see you there!
