ok, so i've been a wilco fan for a while now [probably about 7-8 years], but all i've really heard are the official releases [studio stuff, kicking television, etc.]. i'd really like to get some quality shows, but i have NO idea about where to start. i love the current lineup, but i'm open to anything. any suggestions about where to begin?

and to maybe pre-empt your next question.....

To get the .flac files into a playable/burnable format you have to convert them.

For disc and/or future trading 'probably' .wav is best (though saving the original .flac for trading is best)

for personal/mp3 player use.....mp3 (we dont trade mp3's, only the originals;)

to convert with a mac try Xact:

for p.c. I like db poweramp:

of course to play the .flac files (and pretty much ANYTHING else) on your computer you cant go wrong with the vlc media player:

so there you go, either helpful, or more confusing, you decide :stunned
