just caught this movie last night. i remember seeing the previews and wanting to go see it, but i think it was just out like a week. so when i saw it on on demand, i jumped, being a fan of well-made b-movies (oxymoron?) and zombie movies.

 

let me just say, the only thing this b-movie is missing is bruce campbell.

 

it's really pretty good.

apparently, the dude that wrote & directed this morsel of entertainment also wrote the screenplay for the recent remake of dawn of the dead.

Well, huge firefly/serenity fan, and he's also in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the recently failed TV show "Drive". You should also check him out in "Waitress" which recently came out and is still in some theaters. He's also in Saving Private Ryan, as private james ryan!
