I got this last night: The following inquiry was submitted to BP US Library Centre on 08/31/0710:42 (75014): From : bp usa3Date : 08/31/07 15:58 Dear Edie, BP America announced last week to operate its Whiting refinery to meetthe lower discharge limits contained in the refinery's previouswastewater treatment permit.
