yankhotelfox
Went to see DSO's 10th anniversary on Sunday. It was right in my hometown, how lovely. They are a Dead tribute band, the best in the world. What an awesome show. They played an original setlist that included a bunch of infrequently played songs. These included: "Unbroken Chain," "Dire Wolf," "Sittin' on top of the World," and "Alligator." "The Scarlet Begonias>Fire on the Mountain," "St. Stephen," and "Sugar Magnolia" were all solid. It was a great show with a lot of energy. Anyone into the Dead who hasn't seen this band should make it a priority.
mountain bed
Glad to hear you enjoyed! I've caught these guys many times and yes they are quite good. If you're in VT you've probably saw Phix huh? Those guys are ( well, I mean were) outstanding as well.
caliber66
I saw them with Wookies in DC in 2000, maybe. Then we got a ride home from a crack smoking prostitute.
