tongue-tied Posted June 4, 2008 Share Posted June 4, 2008 So it looks as though the album of the year (decade? all time?) will be released October 7th. I'm looking forward to it...actually I've already etched the date into my brain. I've heard two (maybe three) of the songs live. 'Basket Ball Get Your Groove Back' is along the lines of 'Panda', 'Come See The Duck', or 'Gore In Rut'...so you hear the words "Basket Ball" a lot. It's also bigger and more complicated than those songs, and generally kicks all kinds of ass. I can't remember much of 'Numina' except that I was mesmerized by the guitars. It was exactly the kind of interplay I wanted to hear from them having a second guitarist again.
