stagerug
Thanks for the quick reply, but I'm more looking for the Sunken Treasure DVD version. I've been working on it myself, and the riff is all based around an open Am chord shape, but I can't get the right sound on the lower end. I can't figure out if that is a Drop D, or that old Martin is just pumping out the bass. If anybody has played it and can give me any directions, it would be great. Thanks! Kalle
It's standard tuning Capo 2nd, basically Am the whole tune with the odd Em. I think the riff you're talking about is this one. (While strumming)e ---------------------------b --------------------------g -------------------------d--------------2--0-0h2--a -----0h3-0--------------e 0h3---------------------- You sort of get the point, he's basically playing any sort of possible inversion or little riff you can do with an Am chord throughout the whole tune. stagerug
Thank you. I somehow didn't see the capo, that was it. Not hard to learn once I figured out that crazy strumming pattern.
