With the obvious focus on web apps, I think the most important thing for Google to do is make switching between online/offline applications and/or storage completely seamless, if not invisible to the end users. That, and i'm interested to see if it's based on any current linux distributions, which package formats it will support, and its interoperability with current linux applications.
