If you haven't heard it, check it out: http://www.wnyc.org/shows/radiolab/ You can play shows directly from the sidebar on the right. Afterlife, a few shows down, is wonderful. Radiolab scientifically exams different topics. Sleep. Death. Morality. Choice. Chance. If you're willing to commit an hour or two to listen, I'm sure it will grab you. I'm probably within 3-5 shows of having heard them all. I've noticed, though, that they hold up well to repeat listens. Surprising the stuff you "miss" even when paying close attention.
