Well, to play devil's advocate here: How different is that than going on a message board at work or going on Facebook etc.? I understand that it's a risque photo, but all 3 things are not work related. I did laugh though when the anchorwoman brought up the point that it was not technically porn. I thought the same exact thing. LOL "You could find this provocative photo in this month's GQ." Plus, the guy is out in the open. There's no cubicles there.
