With a high school friend of mine, and Sybaris drummer Eric Mahle on drums. Who else should have a tribute band? Informal . 1. to catch; nab. 2. to steal; filch. Take Def#2 ^ ,and use that for a take on "Hop on Pop",and you come up with a witty, perhaps overly cerebral, name for a tribute band.By "Tribute band" I guess I really mean "ripoff band", which is what I usually think of when I hear that term.
