Solid Sound Ride/Room share

Recommended Posts

I'm driving up from Norfolk, VA with a friend and we have a room with 2 queen beds at the Holiday Inn, which is directly across the street from the festival. To cut down on expenses, we'd be interested in having a third person (woman) to share the costs of the drive and the room. We could pick you up anywhere along the way to North Adams. Please PM me if interested.

Bump--and an update. The friend I was planning to go with has had an unexpected work conflict, so now I don't have a roommate OR a driving companion. If anyone has any bright ideas, I'd welcome them.

I really would like to drive up (from Virginia) for this festival and I could pick up 1 to 3 other people along the way. I understand the rooms at the Holiday Inn are good-sized and there are 2 queen beds. The total cost per night is around $200 and I have reservations for 3 nights (Friday-Sunday). It could be an inexpensive option if we're able to get a few people to share.

Since my friend isn't coming and she was the one who wanted to keep it to just women, I want to say that you could be male or female, a couple or singles, and young or old. The festival is packed with activities so we won't be spending much time in the room anyway.

I swear I am not a perv! I'm just a rather. . ummm. . ."mature" Wilco fan whose friends do not seem to share my passion for the band. It's going to be a very expensive trip if I don't find one or more people to share with. I would still do it, of course, but it would be much more fun and affordable with some like-minded companions. So if there's anyone out there in Wilco world who's interested, PM me.

P.S. I have references! Just ask Kidsmoke, Brennan or Holyshit!

Thanks everybody. I think we're all set.

If a prize is being offered for creativity, persistence and diversity, with bonus points for distance traveled, our little group is a shoo-in. We're gonna have fun!
