I mean, the sound of the thing is where it should be: nice old-school soul sound a la Bill Withers. But the lyrics (way too easily understood) are forced, kinda trite, and the kind of thing that can ruin an otherwise cool song. I'm curious to get some more opinions on A.B., and whether or not it's worth digging in a little more, should the upward enjoyment trajectory continue. Any of you familiar with him and his music?
